Prescription drug costs continue to be one of the most complex and closely watched parts of the benefits landscape. With new PBM reforms under the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) 2026, there’s a lot of noise around transparency, reporting, and compliance. It can be hard to separate what’s meaningful from what’s just another headline.
In this Through the MagniPhy Glass webinar, we’ll take a step back and focus on the big picture. Designed for HR and benefits teams, this webinar offers a clear, high‑level look at what’s changing around PBM transparency, participant communication, and plan sponsor oversight—and what those changes may mean for your pharmacy program over the next few years. You’ll also hear what employers are starting to review now so they’re better prepared for what’s ahead.
We’ll cut through the jargon, highlight what’s actually worth paying attention to, and share practical considerations employers can begin thinking about now—without diving into the weeds.
