Wondering what's driving your workers' compensation costs?
One of the biggest factors is your Experience Modification Rating (E-Mod)—but many employers aren't sure what it is, how it's calculated, or what they can do to influence it.
Join The MJ Companies for a practical 30-minute webinar where we'll demystify the E-Mod and explain how it impacts your workers' compensation premiums. We'll also explore the factors that drive costs and share practical strategies organizations are using to reduce losses and better manage their total cost of risk.
During the session, we'll cover:
- How your Experience Mod is calculated
- Why claim frequency often has a greater impact than claim severity
- How root cause loss analysis can uncover opportunities to improve performance
- The hidden drivers that increase workers' compensation costs
- Practical strategies to reduce losses and lower your total cost of risk
Whether you're preparing for renewal or simply looking for ways to better manage your workers' compensation program, you'll leave with practical insights you can put to use right away.
